So, there’s something in the fact that if you are under a lot of substances, you might tend to dissociate heavily. Now, this happens to me pretty often, but I think we can try to make it helpful. Maybe, when you dissociate and get lost in your mind, try thinking positive thoughts? Positive memories? I don’t really know, honestly.
